I changed my subscription for the next billing cycle to one that has 10 more Gigabytes for the same price, but i could really use those 10 extra right now. Could customer support just make the new plan effective this cycle since it's the same price? I am currently in the hospital for the foreseeable future and it doesn't have useful wifi.

@EricL1987 No, it doesn't work that way. Your options are to buy a data add-on to get you by, or renewal now and pay now.

@EricL1987 , if you change to the new plan now please be aware that you will forfeit what’s left of your current plan & it is not prorated so no funds returned for unused plan.
Hope you’re well soon.
Edit: Sorry, I didn’t see that @JRod edited post! I didn’t mean to repeat what was said 😞

@EricL1987 hope you are better soon
with the plan change, you can always go back My Account and pick the plan again and choose Change Now and it will take effect immediately and charge you the new plan and start it now

Sorry to hear that you are in hospital!
If you login to your account and choose manage subscription, you can select the plan you intended on switching to and choose to renew now. Just know that you will pay the full amount for renewal immediately and won’t be refunded for the service you didn’t use on your current month.
