@Bilal12  - Only you can action this (if the account is suspended within 90 days), and you have no money in your account to reactivate the services.

Add funds via calling 611 or self serve: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/

Or, are you already showing available funds in your self serve account and it will not reactivate?

  • Try manually adding an addition $1 top up to your balance and see if the resume/reactive option presents itself.
  • You can also list your phone lost/stolen status, if your account is having an issue to reactive, while showing enough funds. edit, and then go back to 'find' your phone, to reactive the service again.

If you are having issues still, see @softech 's post to contact Public Mobile Representatives, Customer Support (CSA).

@softech

No I am sure they don't but it is a compelling reason for a CSA to allow a pm customer to keep their account despite having to port their number out to the provider that their employer will pays the bill.

Haha, I doubt Mobile companies need to restrict their employees to stick with where they work for..Pretty sure even Tony Staffieri is allowed to use PM to save some money,.  Especially. Tony would know how unreliable  his company system is and he will opt for the better and cheaper one.. lol

@Bilal12

If you happen to have had your account for a long time and wanted to keep it but are required by your employer to move your current phone number to bell you would need to contact customer support ahead of time and your plead your case to keep your account but port your phone number out and have a new number assigned to your account.

If you just intend on porting out and closing your account then reactivate your account on the $15 plan and you will have 30 days to port your number out to bell and it will automatically close your account.

@Bilal12   this is just an open forum and we are customers like you

Only Active account can be ported to different provider

Can you still login to your account?  if your have suspended your account for no more than 90 days, your can login and reactivate your account and then you can request porting into Bell.

if you just have forgotten the login to your Self-Serve My Account,  you can try to use the Forgot Password link.  If you are unable to reset password that way, you can open ticket with PM Support and have them to reset the credentials:
