Imessage Activation

I am having trouble activiating my imessage using my phone number. Also, I have two phone lines named "business" and "cellular" with public mobile and I dont know which is connected to my to imessage. Since I cant activate my imessage all the messages I send are sent as SMS. I tried getting support days ago and I didnt get a response so I am posting another.

No, I am not supposed to have 2 phone lines with Public Mobile. One of them is an eSim and theres an option to delete it but not for the other one.

@Denze are you supposed to have 2 phone lines or 2 eSIMs with Public Mobile? 

If you have only one line with Public Mobile,  then check which one should be the correct one first.  Turn off one line at a time and set the other one  with label Primary.   Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and test

If you really have 2 lines with Public Mobile,  then the main line should be set with label Primary and the other one should be set with label Secondary.  After that is changed, reboot the phone once 

Once you are sorted out with the sim situation,  you should disable iMessage for 5 mins , then re-enable it to re-register
