My plan is 35 a month but I got a referral completed. Is it still going to auto charge me 35 next month even though I have a $10 credit extra now? Or will it just charge 25 since that is the difference between what I have and what I will need to pay next cycle?

Based on your statements I am assuming the following:
If that is the case I believe your referral gets the 1 time credit of $10 and you obtain 1 point for the current point system.
Once youve earned enough reward points you then redeem said points within the reward catalogue. I believe it is 15 pts for a $15 credit.
Please correct me if im wrong as i recently just came back to Public Mobile myself, but thats how I understand it.
Might be different if still on the old reward system. Cheers!

If you have a referral it will reduce your payment automatically before they charge you on your following bill.

If you are on AutoPay, the credit will be applied near the end of your renewal date.
On your account, it will show a $10 credit.

Hey @Jarbool
I'm a bit confused by your question. So I'll do my best to hedge my answers. If you just signed up with PM and you used your friends referral code, you will get a $10 credit on your account within 72 hours. This credit will come off your second month of service. This is a one time credit. So the $10 will come out and only $25 plus tax will come off your preferred method of payment.

@Jarbool - You will only pay $25 the next month instead of $35. You will also get less points than before.

The credit gets applied first, and any residual balance gets charges to your card.
