I am an existing customer and my plan renewed today already but I want to change my $50/month plan to the $55 /month for 4g speed and 20 G data. How can I add the $5 to upgrade now for this new month ?

Too late. You cannot upgrade plan on the fly.
Schedule plan upgrade on next renewal.

Contact customer support and plead your case and they may allow you to change your current plan to the new student $55/20 GB 4G plan. The tricky bit will be adding the $5 to your account balance. Try calling 611 and enter your four digit account pin number and if it doesn't give you an optional amount to add I believe the lowest amount you can add through the pre selected amounts is $10. Top of your account with $5 or the lowest amount option you're given. Then cross your fingers and toes and hope the CSA you get is willing to change your plan. Since your contacting them on day one of your 30-day cycle they may be willing to do it. Best of luck!

@Crsue1973 I am afraid you cannot. You might have to schedule a plan change for next month
but if you like, you can try to ask PM suppport amd see if they can do you a favor
