I found that you cannot just replace this card, but you also have to remove old card. I was having problems with this yesterday

I agree, I was having a lot of problems adding my new cc, and finally realised I had to remove old card before it accepted new card

HI @1915 You can access My Account without problem?
It's a quick and easy process. Just login to My Account, go to the Payment page, click Manage my card (close to the bottom) and then click Replace this credit card. There you can re-enter the new card info. It is best to make a $1 manual payment just to test it out

Log into self serve and see the bottom left corner of the Payment TAB to update your card information:

@1915 hi when you go into your self serve in manage my card click on remove this card not replace this card then start new
