Unfortunately if you haven’t kept up with payment 90 days or longer. Your account will be closed and SIM is dead.
How long ago was your account suspended?
You need to purchase a new SIM and pick a new number.
You can create a ticket by go to SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page.

Actually, it's been suspended for more than 90 days. Do I have another option to activate it?

As long as you have not been suspended for 90 days then you can pay and reactivate your plan thru 611. See this post for how to do so...
