Hi neighbors! I was trying to setup my initial subscription by installing the app and going through the initial subscription process. I was not prompted to install an eSIM, and now the app says to contact support. I can not do anything from the website either as continuing my subscription redirects me to a login page. Can I get the process reset or receive my QR code directly so I can install my eSIM and finish setting up my subscription to Public Mobile?

During the signup process you should receive a welcome email that will have the QR code for your eSIM so you can manually add it to your device.
If you check your email and you didn’t receive anything please reach out to customer service in order to have them re-issue it for you.
