Where do you see this double charge? On your credit card or on PM account?

Are you seing these charges on your credit card as Pending or Approved charges?
If both are Pending, one may fall away when authorization is complete.

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $ ? has the amount left,
leave it for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,
or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,

@emilypanetta : If you see it on your Available Funds then just leave it there for your next renewal.
Edit: if it was a failed attempt at an activation then you'll need to contact the CSA's to refund that money.
