You wouldn't see the cents in your Available Funds so I'm guessing you pay 15% tax and you're seeing that on your payment card and you see $30 here.
Do you intend to keep the service for another month? Actual refunds take weeks so it could be after your next renewal.

What is the amount of available fund on your account?
If less than $34.50, create a moderator support ticket for help using this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
If you have $34.5 or more available fund, it is better to leave it in your account instead of asking for refund which will take over 30 days.

If both charges are pending on your CC online. Wait a couple of days to determine the total charge by PM.
Login to your self-serve account.
If your available fund on your account is $34.50, PM left the second charge on your account which can be used for your next renewal date.

@thejonithan7 Do you have the doubled amount in your Available Funds in self-service? PM is a prepaid provider. Therefore, there is no refund. But if you were billed twice by a mistake, you can create a ticked with moderators by clicking on ? on bottom left of the page and following directions.

Why not keep it for your next renewal? It will stay as a balance on your account.
Unless you really need the funds back this month.
Make sure first that it shows you have the extra funds you paid in your "Available Funds"?
