Where the hell am I able to pay my bill I can’t find it anywhere? My phone is disconnected I need to pay my bill I can’t find it please help

If it wasn't for this response, I would have switched back to Koodo, because I would have never been able to figure out how to pay my phone bill.
It's insane that Public Mobile doesn't have a functional "pay bill button" in the payments section on the app.
I literally had to google "how to pay my Public Mobile bill, which lead me to this thread.
I can't convey how much of a headache this caused me.
To the developers of the Public Mobile app, get back to work and fix the UI.

this would be the best place to manage your account and make a payment....either on the web-based My Account or the Public Mobile app.
How long has your phone been disconnected? If over 90 days in nonpay status you lost your number and account with public mobile. Call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to check that you account can be found with Public.

Just login My Account, it should show you the amount due on Payment page, just pay the amount due there

@B82 You can get payment vouchers and load it *611 . Or log into your account and make manually payment or update credit card there

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

if you know your 4 digits account PIN, you can simply dial *611 and pay the amount due there.
Or you can also login to My Account, click the button Pay Now and Resume services or Subscribe Now then follow the steps to make a manual payment.
If you don't see the button there, simply go to the Payment page and click Add Funds with Credit/Debit Card and load enough fund for the renewal manually (you can access that page using this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card)
Once payment is made successfully, logoff from My Account and restart your phone and you should be good to go
In case you got an error when making payment, another way to resume service is to get a voucher (no service fess) from SDM/London drug/711/Shell and then use *611 to load the voucher (no account pin required).
Or you can also buy a voucher online with a fees via muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com and then load the voucher using *611.
