What exactly is not working?
BTW: It sometimes takes upto 48 hours after a port to start working.

Don't cancel your PM service until you confirm where is your Chatr phone number first.

2. Select the [Plan and Add-Ons] tab
3. Is your Chatr phone number showing on the [Plan and Add-Ons] page?
If yes, DON'T cancel your PM service because your Chatr number is already at PM. If you cancel your PM account, you will lose your number.

For cancelling service, there are two ways to do that. You can stop paying for the service or port the number to another carrier. Generally, there are no refunds. Are you have difficulties porting a number in?

@Lee1234You might want to start your own thread instead of piggy back off others. If you just want to cancel the service, just take out your credit card / payment info, your account will be erased after 90 days of $0 balance.
