You can reset your voicemail password by calling *611 from your cellphone

From your self serve account here.

Hi. If you-Into your Self-Serve Account, click Plans and Add-Ons, you'll see Reset your VoiceMail Password. Click that, and follow instructions. Your Voicemail password will then be Reset, and you can then go back in and create a New Password
