If the above suggestion does not work, you can try another trick.  Manually load $1 into your account.  

 

Manually add $1 into your balance.  

These actions sometimes will reset your SIM/re-activate account.

There was a notice posted that anything done between Nov 19-21 will experience delays. It's likely related to that. It's an unfortunate thing that happens during scheduled maintenance.

I'm not sure if it will help, but logging into your account and reporting your phone missing, then waiting a little while (5-10 minutes or so should be plenty) and then reporting it found again. That basically triggers a refresh of your account and it may fix the problem. I can't say for certain it will work in this circumstance. You may need the mods to help sadly.
