I took the 28$ for 2.5GB but i have 2GB?

I'm not a new customer, so i'm not sure if the plan applies to the old customer.

Basically, i changed my old plan to the new plan. Unfortunately, it couldn't be done right away because of the renewal date (17th of sept). Now, i got the 30$ plan, but i don't have 2.5GB.

Is this normal?

The $28 2.5GB Quebec plan promo is for new activation only. 

Existing Quebec subscribers get the $28 2GB plan.

Total plan was 2 gigabytes not 2.5.

1.5 gigs and an extra 500mb with autopay
