I paid my bill, but I still don’t have service and it’s asking me for a SIM card number when I put my SIM card number in it says it’s already in use. I think I messed up when I paid

I paid for a service that wasn’t in relation to my SIM card and then I had to redo and pay for the one that is so now I guess I’m out $49

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.
If that didn’t work then do Network reset on your phone.
