Hi @CS_Agent
My AutoPay was scheduled today, but my profile has indicated that it didn't work and my plan has expired. My first intuition was pay manually the balance of $111, but it went straight into my Available Funds, instead of reactivating my Plan. So I thought to myself I may have acted a little too impulsive and it's probably just the long weekened why things take time.
Turns out my hunch was right, as I checked my CC activities, and found that I was actually charged $124 today, which means my plan wasn't deactivated after all! I should have checked my CC activities in the first place, my bad.
So I am wondering if it's possible to refund the $111, if it actually went through? Thank you very much, sorry for all the trouble, and have a great long weekend! 🙂

The extra funds you paid into your account can be left there to go towards your next renewal in 3 month's time. If you really want if back sooner, then you'll have to message the moderators.

Also, just so you know how renewals work for next time, here's how your account behaves on your payment due date (as listed in account overview):
1. Expiration of completed period. Account will show "plan expired" on payment due date.
2. Conversion of all rewards to available funds at midnight; rewards reset. Payment is not collected yet at this point. Account will now show "Your account has been suspended" in big red letters.
3. In the early hours of the morning, available funds will be used (if any), credit card will be charged (if necessary), and plan will be renewed. Account status will then show as "active."
Throughout this process, your service should be uninterrupted. No further action is required from you unless your service actually stops (can't make calls or use data). That by the way, is the best test whether things are working as they're supposed to.
