All of a sudden I stopped receiving text messages 4 days ago. I can still send text messages. I am 99% sure it is Public Mobile that stopped delivering them (there is nothing wrong with my phone). Please, help.

By chance, are you a new customer who recently ported your number over? Are you able to receive phone calls? What about data services?
Is your account status active or suspended?

Have you tried resetting your network settings? You can also put your SIM card in another unlocked phone and see if the texting works.

Are you still able to make calls and use data? Have you called 611 to see if your service is paid up? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone? Have you tried resetting your network settings and rebooted?
If you still can't text or receive them and you are paid up, you can create a ticket.
