Fido to Public Mobile and put in the referral code...now Public Mobile said She did not put the referral code...

Public Mobile referral scheme just a scam👎👎👎

Hi, Maybe I am just one of unlucky guy. I believe PM still short me $1.

My friend activated on Feb 6, my last payment was February 16...so now PM credit me $1 on March 18 payment.  As I understand PM should credit $1 on my February's payment...so disappointed to PM. A dollar is dollar but just a dollar. Forget it!

How did PM informed you that your friend didn’t put your referral code?

It would have been on page 4 on the activation page.

I referred 6 friends and no issues.

I would suggest you private message on the envelope icon above and have your request for to a supervisor.

Hi @Eagles1 no scam here.  Many members got enough referral to have Free service.  Probably just system glitch 

 

Ask your friend to create a Community account and open ticket with PM CS agentm. A single ticket will do and Agent will apply it back to both of you

 

please ask your friend to open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
