I purchased a wrong add-ones

My limited time for talking finished and I wanted to add and buy some minutes but I purchased for Philadelphia while I need for canada. How can I cancel that one.

As stated it is usually a pretty easy fix that an Agent can assist you with and just put the value into the add-on you want. Also make sure that you actually purchased the one you didn't want as it is a 2 step process, first you load the funds and then have to go back and select the add on, etc. Sometimes people only do step 1 and think that it is done. In that case, you won't have to reach out to an agent and can just pick the correct add on.

Do you mean you bought the $15/100 minutes Philippines long distance calling add on? If you need minutes right away add a $5 top up payment and purchase the $5/500min Canada wide calling add on.

 

Contact customer support and put "purchased wrong add on" in the subject line and leave a detailed message explaining your mistake and ask customer support to remove the add on and credit your account. You can use the $15 credit towards your next renewal.

 

Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

No worry, PM is very understanding and they can help to switch the add-on or reverse the charge for you to re-purchase the right one.  Please open a ticket with them 

 


1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
