Just to provide you some expectation, what public mobile will likely do is credit the amount of the extra add-on to your available funds so it can be used for future services. (cycle renewals or other add-ons)
They will very unlikely refund it to the payment card.

If it was an honest mistake, PM support likely able to reverse one of those transactions. Just message them here
