Just joined to complain about this - my data connection was terrible while using T-Mobile this past weekend (which was the only option to choose). I needed to check maps, ferry times, etc etc and it left me in a lurch big time. I guess this is an ongoing issue?

Were the US roaming add-ons all the same add-on and stacked on top of each other? The system is not supposed to allow that. I suspect that itself could be the issue based on past readings. You may need to contact a customer support agent through https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to remove any duplicates.

@Anna41 Are you in US now? Which exact roaming add-on you got? Data? Talk? Text? Combo ?
Can you login to My Account and confirm if the addon was purchased successfully?
Also, you said you purchased US roaming add on several times, when was the last time you bought it? it was not within the last 10 days , right?
If you are in US now, try to manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T

This seems to be more and more of a lost cause. But how many and which exact add-ons did you buy? Can you connect to T-Mobile? If you're not in Alaska then maybe you have a chance.

Did you try to manually connect to AT&T or T-mobile? Activated roaming? Reboot phone just for a good measure?
