I paid for data twice and the system keeps giving me US minutes

I spent 30 dollars so far on data add ons just to find out the system is glitching and giving me US minutes and text which I already have. This is outrageous.

You cannot have multiple same US add-ons.

What add on are you trying to purchase? Unless you need it "now" contact customer support to remove the unwanted add ons and credit your account. They can add the correct add on that you wish to purchase.
