hi @BaoPhan @, SIM card order can take long,  can be as much as 3 week

but you can ask PM support for order status, yes, you can.just message them,

@BaoPhan , SIM deliveries take 2-3 weeks as reported by many in the community.  How long has it been since your order was placed.
