Hi,
I ordered a new plan last month, but not changed at all.
It is supposed to be change today, but the plan is still old one.
I wanted to change 4.5G at 3G speed to 15GB at 4G speed.
I paid already for 4.5G at 3G speed.
The website yesterday said it would change automatically today, Dec 10th.
But not changed at all.
I couldn't talk to someone or chat.

give to another day and try to log in under incognito mode. their web has glitch using normal window. if not, go see underneath at their web,find chatbot to create a ticket, remember you need your comminity PIn,otherwise you have provide a lot info to verify that is you, good luck
