I ordered a SIM card on Jul 31 and it was said that it would be delivered on Aug 9. It's been 8 days now and I received an email to activate the number on Aug 30. Can I change the delivery to pick up the SIM card myself?

SIM normally takes about 10 business days (2 weeks) but a few members indicated it took up to 3 weeks.

Hello @vittawat
Sadly that is incorrect. It takes up to 3 weeks to get it by Canada Post with no tracking. If you haven't received the SIM card, reach out to a CS Agent. They will send you another SIM card. If you want it faster, you can order it from Amazon for $4.99.
To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link

Type Customer Service and follow the prompts. If you are having any issues, here is a direct link by sending a private message

sim card delivery could be long here
you need to ask PM to check. Maybe resend if lost but better ask if you can pick up from stores (quicker) instead. message them here
