Hello!
When I signed up this deal was offered:
"Hey Community,
Effective immediately to November 21, 2019 at 11:59PM ET, new customers who activate online or in-store at participating retailers on a $35/mo plan or higher will receive $10 off for the first 6 months. This will be applied as an account credit and the offer is available to new customers only."
The $10 discount on my $35/month plan hasn't been applied for the last 2 months. How can I get my money back?

If you haven't switched plans or suspended it then submit a ticket to inquire about missing credits.
the link to create a ticket through SIMon:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help -> on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"

You won't get your money back if your phone was working ! If you meet ALL the promo criteria and haven't recieved the credits due you...click the ? in lower right side of screen to start moderator assistance. Type "contact human", the click "contact moderators".
