I never know when my plan starts each month u til it's too late. Why don't a get a notification to let me know that I'm stating a new cycle. Not only did my 30GB of data not roll over but (now I switched to a smaller amount of data) I got a noti e saying I've used 95% already! I didn't even know that the plan started!!

Log in to your account.  Everything is clearly laid out there, including your plan renewal dates.

Public Mobile is self serve.  You need to manage / monitor these things on your own.

PM doesn’t sent text on your renewal date since the switch to the new app and website. The data notification could be the data counter app on your phone based on a monthly cycle but PM is on a 30 days cycle so better to disable it and refer to your account on the renewal date.

@Clummiss  PM stopped sending bill text back in April . But your bill should be every 30 days  and data does not roll over . double check you data  usage like this 

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
