I need to speak to someone who can change my email or password. Kinda redundant that there isn't a contact phone number and I have to wait hours for a response.

PM does not have a call center. You will need to submit a ticket to a moderator.

Public Mobile has no call center that's why plans are cheap as it is a third tier provider. Everything is done online.
To reach them click the question mark on bottom right to open a ticket with the chat bot or write to them via private message at this link.
