I need to contact customer service i need to speak to a human please!

Unfortunatly there is no way to call or chat with a live person right away, takes 24-48hrs to hear from a moderator

there is no phone number for customer service, but at the bottom right of screen on desktop there is a small while convo symbol cirlcle with question mark in the middle. you can use that to chat with a virtual assisstant that will give you a forum or note to fill and send as an email to an actual person who could help you.

@Connie_chamb , unfortunately, you can't just call them up as PM doesn't have a customer service line.  Everything is on an online basis and the people above have given you the method in which you can contact the moderators for assistance.

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

Only way to reach them is on post one..there is no phone number for Public Mobile. You have to open a ticket or private message them as listed on post one.
