How to Changing Your Number

You can change your phone number up to 4 times every 30 days after you’ve activated.

go to your Self Serve Account here link, and:

• Select the “Plans and Add ons” tab
• Click on “Change Phone Number”
• Then, you can choose to select a new phone number or to transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider.

and do Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

As per some tips I got from other members, if you chose phone number from province with lower tax, you will pay less for your service.

You can do so my Logging into My Account, pick Change Number, and then select your city and pick from the list.  If you don't like the list provided, keep picking a different city and go back to the city you want and you will be giving a new list.
