I’ve put in two tickets and have not got anything back, I need help with my phone? I was unable to buy a phone card at the store so I tried getting into my account and couldn’t so made a new one but they made me use a new number but I didn’t wanna do that, so I’m stuck with two numbers and I want to keep my normal number and get rid of the one you made me take, I’ve been with you guys for a very long time.

@Jennbrownlee you don't need a new account, PM can help to link your new sim card back to your account with the current phone number
but you need a sim card first, you can get it easily via Amazon or store:
Once you got the sim card, message PM and they can help
