I'm on a limited pension and have a bare minimum phone plan for $15.00 which will soon change to $18.00. Sometimes I ran out of data and then got a $5.00 add on to get me through to the next phone/billing cycle. Now they want $20.00 minimum which will be $2.00 more than my total plan!!! This is going to force me to look elsewhere, and I imagine a lot of other subscribers might do the same.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll make sure I'll change on renewal.

hi @Andy85 i don't think they will
PM has increased the $10 to $13 plan 2+ years ago, and the $13 plan stays same today and won't see the price increase in this round
this is also only the 2nd price hikes with PM in PM's history

if you have a $15 250Mb or $15 500Mb plan, it will be $18 after Oct 31
But go to your My Account and check Change Subscriptions, you should see another plan $18 for 1GB. That is a plan that you should take as it is the same $18 and it will not have a price change after Oct 31. So, either you choose Change on Renewal for this better plan for 1GB, same $18, or you do nothing and stuck with the old 250Mb or 500Mb plan

Schedule plan change for current $18 plan which will give you 1GB with all current features (minus 100 min. LD calls).
Sorry if this question was previously asked, but what would happen if a client allows the $18 plan to change automatically instead of switching ahead of time?

@ByDsignhI,
You are correct, alot of people are in the same boat as you.
The good thing is that you will be getting 1G of data. Before you had 250MB, 4x more!!.
So if you use it wisely, you will no longer need to purchase extra data.
But, you have to manually change to the plan yourself to get the 1GB, if you don't they will charge you $20 for the 259 MB. If you haven't done so yet, select Change on Renewal.

You don't have to go anywhere. The best is there.
You don't have to pay extra and will still have more data
Check My Account-> Change Subscription page and you should have. $18 1GB plan there, same as the $20 1GB plan bir with $2 savings
