I bought a SIM in Dec 2023 and I still haven't been able to activate it successfully...Can I just get a refund.

2 things you need to do before activating your SIM.
- Your old carrier account must be active so don’t cancel service with them.
- The most critical step is to reply to the text from your old carrier with YES with the old SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window!
If you missed one or both steps then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you as there are no refunds.

PM doesnt normally offer refunds. Seeing as how the purchase was almost a year ago, id say its a slim chance they will grant it for you, but you can try to ask them here:
