I need customer support to fix payments asap

I need to speak with customer support and need assistance with my account asap. 

I purchased my regular $40 plan as I do every month, 4 times now as the data was not working and I am now seeing when I log in that each time Public Mobile processed this as an add-on. 

I just needed to renew my plan I want this corrected and the chat bot and automated service just wasted 2 hours not processing anything. 

I need this corrected so I can work.

Are your calling, texting, data services working? Yes, screenshots of your overview page and payment history would help. Don't show anything personal though.

but also use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to check My Account.  So, what you see "prossessd this as an add-on"? you check the transaction history? Post the screenshot and maybe we can tell what's wrong

of course, submit ticket if you cannot find the reason
