Public mobile has locked my account, I can't call anywhere for support, I'm having to use a friend's computer for this board right now.  I need them to get back to me to unlock my account.  Where is it that I open this ticket?

Posting a message here will not get you any faster service as all tickets are pritorized based on the type of issue. Have you already opened a ticket? What type of account issue are you having?
