I moved my number to Koodo, but public mobile still charges my card.

I got a number with Public Mobile in November and used it for 3 weeks. Then I switched to service to Koodo (transferred my number). Recently I discovered that my card was charged for two months after I transferred my number. I have no idea why.

I tried to contact Public Mobile many many times, but it is impossible to log the ticket. There is always an error message (even after clearing cache so many times). All I got is a suggestion to post my query in this community forum. 

I spoke with Telus representative at the store but they couldn't help me saying Public Mobile is supported online only.

Please advise how I can stop the monthly charges and get earlier charges refunded. I don't want to change my credit card.
