I miss the 90 minutes window to accept to change my phone number and now it doesnt work when I click to change my number. I tried many times and I dont receive the text anymore.

HI @raph_val , are you trying to port your old number into PM ? or you are poring PM number to another carrier?

Contact PM agent and ask them to reinitiate port request.

You have to reinitiate your port request either by contacting customer support or caling the telus porting department with your account #. I will private message you the phone #.

@raph_val hi did you leave your old sim in to receive transfer request did you reply yes to text is your old account still active?
