Hi,
I have had my Visa debit card registered with Public Mobile for months now, I renewed my plan yesterday.
I have the 5GB plan for $67/month.
(Auto pay is set up but sometimes I have to call 611 and do it manually)
So I tried to add some more money to my account because I usually end up buying more add ons.
This afternoon I cannot make a payment to my account online or by calling 611.
When I call 611 and I choose the amount of money I want to add I keep getting the message "sorry we were unavunto process this transaction please call your credit card company"
I tried several times. So I decided to try online and I signed into my account, I tried to add $30 and a message pops up after I hit submit saying the same thing that happens when I call 611.
I called my bank and told them what's going on and they said my card is fine.
I'm not sure what I should do now.
Any help would be appreciated.

Buy a voucher online at recharge.com use that to top up.
Then remove your card and try adding it again. Make sure self serve address and cc address are the same.
