I would like help with my cell service.
I worked with you last month, then spoke with Apple, and they couldn't help. It has to do with cellular settings and the e-sim card.

It may take a few hours for CSA to respond again. If you want some troubleshooting advice from community members, you can post some of the details of your situation. Otherwise, you can wait for CSA response.
From past experience, with iPhones, the setup is usually all automatic. No need to change APN settings, etc.

More details would be helpful. However, community members on this forum are customers like yourself. If you need to contact PM employee, then you will need to contact customer service agent again.
Community members often can provide troubleshooting advice without the needs of CSA help.

If you were indeed contact with PM agents, you would need to go back to them to follow up.
But what exactly is the issue why your eSIM?
