I received a message saying my account is suspended because the did not receive a payment.
My credit card is still good.
What is happening here?

There was an issue with processing the card.
Best bet buy a voucher from recharge.com and then activate service. Once activated deal with cc processing.
Common issues are
Make sure:
profilecand cc address are the same
Leave out unit number
Leave last digit from postal code
Also delete existing card don't edit.
