I know there was an outage this am. Now data is finally "back" but nothing is loading?

Regarding the outage..did this also affect Cellular.  I understand Bell went down, but did this also mean cell data as well?

If rebooting phone does not work, you could also try a network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
