Hey, I just transferred my number from Fido a couple of hours ago and received the text message to confirm everything. It's been almost 7-8 hours and I can make ongoing calls but can't receive any incoming calls. How do I fix this problem as well as how long more should I wait for this to be resolved?

Hey I just called the porting team private number and when I called it was first a robot who answered who asked me for my number when after I gave it said a transfer request doesn’t exist for my number. I’m still facing the same issue how would I be able to solve this?

yeah I left my Fido sim in my phone and replied to the text message saying YES which after that I’ve switched the sim.

@Taef Did you leave the fido sim in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? I’ll send you the porting team number private message . Give them a call they can re trigger the port request for you
