I just subscribed and got my thanks for payment email however when I login I get redirected to https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/pre-activation and I can't see my account information please help I want to find my new phone number but I get stuck on pre activation even though I'm subscribed

@jszova In your phone go to Settings -> Phone -> My Number

Call someone and see what the caller id says. Did you transfer a number over or did you pick a new number?

I need my new number to create my apple id I can't download the Public Mobile app without an apple id

@jszova are you using the Public Mobile app? You need to use the app to complete activation.
