Okay, I now see I have a message from a CSA. But, why don't they have a Delete option for these posts? Doesn't it make sense to allow the poster to withdraw a post, seeing there might be a need for it, at times? It is a standard option in most forums.

The welcome e-mail message isn't needed for anything. It could have been marked as spam.
