I haven't done paying my payment for 90 days therefore, I lost my phone number. So I bought a new Sim, but I couldn't connect my phone number back. My question is, How can I reconnect my former number again?

Well that's good news....your old number has not been reassigned. The next step as @Anonymous  has asked which provider were you with when you first got it? Knowing that determines your next step.....

When you started with Public Mobile, did you bring your phone number over from a different provider?

Or did you start with Public Mobile and chose a number of available numbers?

@Geunho  Just call the number if someone picks up or it goes to VM  then your number is gone.

@Geunho

If your number was originally a pm, koodo or telus number and its not in service you have a greater chance of getting it back. If you have a friend with pm you can have them access the change number feature in their account and scroll thru to see if its currently available. Otherwise when you activate your sim card do it early in the morning as thats when new numbers are added to the available number pool. If you cannot find it take a new number and use the one time only (when activating) option of choosing the last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you can at least be close to your number if not luck out and create it back for yourself.

If you end up with a different number which is likely you have an option of changing your phone number once every 30 days. Get in the habit of scrolling thru the numbers in the morning  each day in the hopes of finding it. If you do you can change to it. I believe @kselmak has some experience with acquiring old phone numbers back thru persistence, patience and luck and may be able to offer you some advice.  Good luck.

@Geunho  If you did not make payment for over 90 days then you need to start as a new client and your old not is gone.

If it was 90 days or less then just access your selfserve make payment and continue with the same number.

@Geunho first call the number to see if its in service. If it isn't, you would have to go back to the provider that you got the number from, activate an account with them and see if they can catch it for you. If someone answers its gone choose another number. Stay safe.
