@Mkalsn   if you are existing user just changed plan, login with Incognito mode and check again

 

If you are new subscriber, PM is a prepaid provider and don't have contact, so you can login to My Account, Plan & add-ons page, pick the plan you want and then schedule it on the next cycle by clicking "Change plan on renewal date"

@Mkalsn   Did you change to the wrong plan by mistake?  Are you trying to change to the $40/15GB plan?  If you just did the change, then submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer to switch you over to the correct plan as a gesture of goodwill.  It's also a good idea to try to schedule any plan changes to happen at next renewal as PM doesn't prorate for unused days left in the current cycle.

@Mkalsn   on second thought, I think you should follow softech's advice and schedule the plan change for next renewal instead of contacting support.  That way you will only have the wrong plan for this cycle but change to the one you want at next renewal.

How and why are you on the wrong plan? Can you log in to your account? You can change your plan there. Choose next renewal to save your money.
