Do I have to top-up with my credit card?

If so, you can safely disregard.
Unfortunately, every now and then PM sends out false information.

Check if your Public Mobile service is still working. If the service is still working, ignore the message. Public Mobile sometimes sends out messages and shows erroneous error messages inside the Public Mobile account page.
