Hi I would like to reset my password to change my plan internet and I want to pay with new visa card my payment
Please help me

Go to the self service page and use the Forgot your password if you have to. Once in self service you can then change your cc by choosing the Payment tab. Clear your browser cache and go incognito.

@Mohammedali7777 did you try to reset using the Reset Password link on the login page? Just enter your email address and see if you receive the reset password email
If that does not work, then open ticket with PM Support and they can sort it out fo ryou:
