I have paid for a subscription but cannot download the app to activate it

I paid for a subscription, yesterday, but couldn't access it because I'm not in Canada.

Then when I tried to contact Public the chat line was already closed.

Now, I can't sign in to my account at all, but am caught in an AI generated loop

you will need a friend who is in Canada to help you to download the app and activate

I hope you are not activating eSIM, if you are, make sure your friend not install the eSIM on his phone

Since you paid already, account created, support agent can most likely help if you cannot find a friend to complete the subscription on the app,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@LouisH  Can you use a friends phone to download the app to activate ? Then from  there you can manage the account in the website
